I am genuinely interested in exploring relationships. In a business context this means helping individuals understand their work relationships so that they can have a fulfilling and satisfying work life. For me, personal and relationship development is at heart of organisation development, change and business success in the wider context; it is in this area I have chosen to concentrate my practice so far.  I view myself as highly motivated, enthusiastic and, feel that I am often insightful in how I understand group interactions. I value authenticity and model this quality in my client relationships. I am tenacious and prefer to work through difficult patches until we (myself and my clients) feel satisfied with the outcome.

Over the years my practice has developed to include a wide variety of consulting interventions which have included; coaching, workshop design and facilitation, small group development, large group conversations and working on certified programmes, although methods vary Action Learning that focuses on emerging patterns in the individual and the whole system is an approach I regularly apply. I have gained a reputation for facilitating in a flexible and relevant way.

My experience on the Ashridge Masters in Organisation Consulting has led to an interest in Gestalt, which I am keen to explore for my own personal development and my work in organisations.
